KMST V355 ~ Reorganization Update Part 2

It was only a matter of time for part 2. This update gives another set of skill changes and this time the SP Reset scroll was given to all characters.

This is good news for everyone who messed up their skill points during the Big Bang update, now you’re given a second chance.
The cap from the item’s maxHP, maxMP, physical defense, magic defense, accuracy and avoidability has been raised to 999.

Part 2 of this update offers new skill changes. Aran’s Final Blow can now deal 100% critical damage, Crossbow Master’s Sniping can now deal 4×900% damage only on boss monsters, the instant kill applies to normal monsters and there’s no more durability on Captain’s Battleship.

Adventurers

Fighter, Hero

- The accuracy from Weapon Mastery has been increased from 60 to 120
– Damage of Brave Slash has been decreased from 240% to 225%
– Buff duration of Enrage has been increased from 180 to 240 seconds

Page, Paladin

- The accuracy from Weapon Mastery has been increased from 60 to 120
– Damage of Advanced Charge has been increased from 495% to 498%
– Damage of Blast has been increased from 280% to 300%

Spearman, Dragon Knight

- The accuracy from Weapon Mastery has been increased from 60 to 120
– Buff duration of Iron Will has been decreased from 300 to 240 seconds and the magic defense bonus has been increased from 100 to 200
– The physical and magic defense, accuracy and avoidability from Beholder’s Buff has been increased from 300 to 500 and 120 to 300 respectively

Magician

- Buff duration of Magic Armor has been decreased from 300 to 240 seconds and the magic defense has been increased from 120 to 225

F/P Mage, Archmage

- Damage of Explosion has been increased from 535% to 580%
– Damage of Paralyze has been increased from 540% to 770%

I/L Mage, Archmage

- Damage of Ice Strike has been increased from 125% to 145%
– Damage of Chain Lightning has been increased from 810% to 850%

Cleric, Priest, Bishop

- Buff duration of Bless has been decreased from 300 to 240 seconds and the physical and magic defense and accuracy and avoidability has been increased from 150 to 300 and 90 to 180 respectively
– 15% accuracy was added to Holy Focus
– Damage of Shining Ray has been increased from 530% to 580%
– Damage of Angel Ray has been increased from 720% to 900%

Archer

- The accuracy and avoidability from Focus has been increased from 80 to 225

Hunter, Ranger, Bowmaster

- The accuracy from Bow Mastery has been increased from 60 to 120
– Damage of Arrow Rain has been increased from 400% to 500%
– Damage of Strafe has been increased from 150% to 180%

Crossbowman, Sniper, Crossbowmaster

- The accuracy from Crossbow Mastery has been increased from 60 to 120
– Damage of Arrow Eruption has been increased from 400% to 500%
– Damage of Strafe has been increased from 150% to 180%
– Damage of Ultimate Strafe has been increased from 210% to 225%
Sniping can now hit 4 times 900% damage only on boss monsters. Instant kill still applies to normal monsters

Rogue

- The accuracy and avoidability from Nimble Body has been increased from 60 to 160

Assassin, Hermit, Night Lord

- The accuracy from Javelin Mastery has been increased from 60 to 120
– Damage of Avenger has been increased from 350% to 400%
– Damage of Triple Throw has been increased from 280% to 345%

Bandit, Chief Bandit, Shadower

- The accuracy from Dagger Mastery has been increased from 60 to 120
– Damage of Assassination has been increased from 590% to 600%
– Damage of Boomerang Step has been increased from 630% to 670% and the passive damage effect of Savage Blow, Steal, Assaulter and Band of Thieves has been decreased from 30% to 25%

Dual Master, Dual Blader

- The amount of monsters Tornado Spin can attack has been decreased from 8 to 6
– Cooldown time of Final Cut has been increased from 60 to 90 seconds
– Damage of Monster Bomb has been increased from 1100% to 1650%
-Damage of Blade Fury has been decreased from 180% to 165%
– Damage of Phantom Blow has been decreased from 110% to 105% and it can now ignore 20% of the monster’s defense

Pirate

- The accuracy and avoidability from Quick Motion has been increased from 120 to 160

Infighter, Buccaneer, Viper

- The accuracy from Knuckle Mastery has been increased from 60 to 120
– The accuracy and avoidability from Energy Charge has been increased from 100 to 300
– The physical and magic defense from Transform has been increased from 60 to 200
– The physical and magic defense from Super Transform has been increased from 140 to 300
– Damage of Demolition has been increased from 410% to 440%
– Damage of Fist has been increased from 362% to 400%

Gunslinger, Valkyrie, Captain

- The accuracy from Gun Mastery has been increased from 60 to 120
– Damage of Rapid Fire has been increased from 195% to 225%
– Durability of Battleship has been removed

Knights of Cygnus

Soul Master (2nd Job)

- The accuracy from Sword Mastery has been increased from 60 to 120

Flame Wizard (1st Job)

- Buff duration of Magic Armor has been decreased from 300 to 240 seconds and the magic defense has been increased from 120 to 225

Flame Wizard (2nd Job)

- Damage of Fire Arrow has been increased from 440% to 450%
– Damage of Fire Pillar has been increased from 300% to 325%

Flame Wizard (3rd Job)

- Damage of Fire Strike has been increased from 500 to 550%

Wind Breaker (1st Job)

- The accuracy and avoidability from Focus has been increased from 80 to 225

Wind Breaker (2nd Job)

- The accuracy from Bow Mastery has been increased from 60 to 120

Wind Breaker (3rd Job)

- Damage of Arrow Rain has been increased from 400% to 500%
– Damage of Strafe has been increased from 150% to 180%

Night Walker (1st Job)

- The accuracy and avoidability from Nimble Body has been increased from 60 to 160

Night Walker (2nd Job)

- The accuracy from Javelin Mastery has been increased from 60 to 120

Night Walker (3rd Job)

Note: The combo requirement for Combo Judgement and Combo Barrier has been changed to 100 and 150 respectively

Aran (1st Job)

- The amount of monsters Double Swing can attack has been decreased from 12 to 8

Aran (2nd Job)

- The accuracy from Polearm Mastery has been increased from 60 to 120
– The amount of monsters Triple Swing can attack has been decreased from 12 to 8
– Damage of Combo Fenrir has been decreased from 560% to 490% and the amount of monsters it can attack has been decreased from 10 to 8
– Master level of Body Pressure has been decreased from 20 to 10. The buff duration has been increased from 120 to 180 seconds. The body attack damage has been increased from 150% to 300% and the success rate of neutralizing the monster for 5 seconds has been decreased from 60% to 40%
– Instead of 100% damage, a 35%  increase in permanent damage has been added to Snow Charge

Aran (3rd Job)

- The damage of Double Swing and Triple Swing from Full Swing has been increased from 175% to 205% and 400% to 540% respectively. The damage increase in Combo Smash has been decreased from 60% to 50%. The amount of monsters Full Swing can attack has been decreased from 12 to 8
– Damage of Final Toss has been increased from 300% to 350%
– The amount of times Rolling Spin can hit to one monster has been decreased from 5 to 4. The success rate to stun has been decreased from 95% to 90% and the stun duration has been decreased from 3 to 2 seconds
– Damage of Combo Judgement has been increased from 1200% to 1500% and the duration of damage over time (dot) has been increased from 6 to 10 seconds

Aran (4th Job)

-The damage of Double Swing and Triple Swing from Overswing has been increased from 330% to 360% and 420% to 450% respectively. The damage increase in Combo Fenrir has been decreased from 80% to 40%. The amount of monsters Overswing can attack has been decreased from 12 to 8
– Damage of Final Blow has been increased from 800% to 830% and a critical success rate of 100% has been added to all levels

Hero/Evan

- MP cost of Dragon Blink has been decreased from 100 to 30 MP

      I can’t believe DB gets nerfed so bad & I was just really getting to love my DB. I hope the reason they are doing that is because they’re coming out with a newer sin class like the “Claw & Sword” I’ve been seeing here on spadows blog recently. I had written a blog on BasilM a while back after seeing the movie Ninja Assassin b/cuz it was so cool…. I only hope so b/cuz I really like my DB now & dont want it to be weak cuz I’m pwning stuff now…….

        Part 2 didn’t give us buffs to compensate Soul Driver lost to Brandish. Now u get it? O_O

        big bang is 3 patches long:
        1st one(7dec) will only be revamp
        2nd one(TBA… mostlikely jan) will bring battlemage and wildhunter
        3rd one (TBA…. feb-march) will bring mechanic and new guild system and maybe van leon castle or however its said.

        since GMS leeches off KMS mostly. thats why it took GMS 5 years to reach bigbang while KMS took 6-7 years

          so only like 5 more days to Battle Mage and Wild Hunter….
          the 3rd update that brings Mechanic might come in a couple of weeks (estimating 2-3 weeks)

          but also GMS is more likely to see a bunch of glitches since…we GMS players find ourselves
          nexon’d in some way…
          bleh.

          but im just filling in ur TBAs for 2nd and 3rd updates for Big Bang GMS. =)

      Actually Only Evans were really de-buffed a lot. Arans were actually buffed. Dual Bladers aren’t heros so I do not know if you are including them as some of nexons “cash cows”.

      Also it is fair that your can stay in your ship forever because (correct me if im wrong) Mechanics can stay in their tank form forever so it is fair for corsairs.

    I don’t get why Nexon giving us Corsairs unlimited Battleship and then buffing up Rapidfire?
    Only use is to pin monsters like Undead Knight and Anego.
    Or an area where we can KO monsters faster with Rapidfire than we can with Cannon.

      After bigbang you wouldn’t go hunting over these bosses… The other deserted monsters have comparable exp/time to them.

          I think that gMSPlayer was trying to say that you cant tell if they are gonna be weaker, becz you dont know the damage formula…
          I read somewhere that now DB’s damage is more stable becz Blades(Kataras) dont have their own damage range. Hits will be strong-strong-strong instead of strong-weak-strong (I read this from basil , so correct me if im wrong)

            Correct. The damage of the katara and dagger are now added into eachother (or something like that) for the formula for attacks. They didn’t get nerfed much, but with ridiculous speed skills like phantom blow, they really need to nerf it.

            There is NO separate range between Dagger & Blade now.
            Blade pretty much acts as a high attack shield =O
            So now all attacks act like pre-BB US, TS, OwlD, Disorder i believe. Thats why the % was decreased. Because 2x 400% COMBINED range > 2x 400% SEPARATE range

            yeah i get that part but its just that comparing dualblades with other rising classes from balance patches its just that the wow factor doesnt get you going anymore. besides, in msea aquila, everything is very expensive. its hard to keep a thief based character going if you want it to outshine the rest ): mechanic 10sec downing papulatus and 3min45sec downing zak. oh brudder >.>

        good? its not good. its EPIC! >> i mean really the stats on that set is just insane. not 2 mention that you get a lvl 60 wep at lvl 50! The UA set adds a total of 14 to all stats, and it has set bonuses including Wep / Magic Atk.

    is anyone not dissapointed in the marksman snipe “upgrade”, 900% dmg is not that much x 4 i think it would be less than the 500k it was already set at. Only for super strong marksman would snipe be stronger but for the weaker ones it wont be :(

    Unless damage formula make it so it hits around 500k each time then thats okay i guess, and

      It IS an upgrade, for example, if a marksman’s range is 2k and uses Snipe against a boss:

      2,000×3,600= 7,200,000

      7,2m dmg > 500k dmg

      This 900% dmg x 4 only applies when Snipe is used on bosses, so, as you can see, it was a GREAT upgrade.

      The Insta-kill is still working for regular monsters so you don’t need to worry about marksmen being bad or anything.

        That’s not even how the math goes, 900% = 9 as a whole number, your basic 1 arrow attack itself is already 100% by itself with no boost at all. With 2k range it’s impossible for snipe to exceed the 500k dmg. To do this each arrow need to have to be able to do 125k dmg counting the PDRrate of the bosses since the major bosses all have 50% PDR or more as a base, however with marksmanship you can reduce their PDRrate by 20%(not whole PDRrate but 20% of their PDRrate) but even with that they would still have 40% PDRrate, snipe itself is only 2.67 x more powerful than ultimate strafe. Critical rate with se is 65% rate and 1.35x-1.8x crit range for bowmans, which means the avg crit is 1.37x, 125k per arrow divided by 1.37x = 91241/9 = 10138 meaning the avg range you need is 10138 to beat out 500k on a 0 PDR boss, with 40% PDRrate from big bosses such as zak/ht/czak/cht you will then need 91241/0.6 = 152068/9 = 16896 meaning that your avg range need to be 16896 to beat out the 500k snipe

    Nice. Can’t wait for gms to get Big bang next Tuesday/ Wednesday depending on where you live. But as the Aran update taught me, when they add a whole new class type like hero, expect a 13-20 hour maintenance XD. Anyway the pirate update is awsome for me. Both brawler, my tie for first favorite, and Slinger, the other tie, are getting boosts. Mechanic would have ot be my second favorite, though i think i should play before i actually think about saying that XD. Anyway spadow, how is your reaction to the buffs, are they helpful to you, or if they didnt add the skill buffs would you be okay. I would think i would be o.k. regardless due to the buffs they got already.

          I don’t think it every added 100%.
          pre bb it was 110%
          post bb it was 135%
          first part reduced to 100% then it got put to 35%
          and im almost certain the 100% it was at didnt change your damge

            you are correct the 100% in part one made it not add any damage so i was suprised they brought it back. I wish the mobbing amount increased with higher lvls like if you get full swing now you hit 10 mobs , Os hits the original 12, but i doubt anyone will notice that much

    illusion got nerfed again? Ah, phooey Nexon doesn’t really care about us Evans do they? Oh well the speed boost makes me happy so I guess I should stop complaining because flame wheel got buffed. But at the same time it’ll be harder to level from 100-120 because earthquake got nerfed as well. I suppose I’ll keep my fingers crossed for the future updates. (Also gratz on pirates getting nerfed as well my 2nd favorate class might have to make one now :P)

      I’ve decided to make a Gunsliner since Nexon seems to hate Evans and GMS charges you NX for important skill books (If that has changed in BB someone tell me otherwise I’ll wait till’ Tuesday) The only question I have is that is the cooldown and duration is gone then will battleship have a master level of 1? Or will it be 10 like normal and add better stats?

      Actually, Illusion got a major buff. It’s delay is now 810ms (the original was, I think, 2010 or so).

      However, other classes like the Hero got a major nerf. Brave Slash’s speed is now 1140ms (originally 840ms), and now Brave Slash is only 0.29% stronger than Brandish if you factor in FA.

      It’s true they’re getting nerfed, but you have plenty of time in BIg Bang cause they get pretty strong……you’ll have plenty of time to level to 120 when the chaos patch comes, essentially 4th job gets buffed…I think anyway? And also, they changed the dmg formula so the katara is going to as strong as the dagger or so it seem, so they’ll be slightly nerfed but not unplayable…..

    Why are they nerfing Evans again in the second update? It’s bad enough earthquake had its damage lowered, but to have it lowered once more? Attack speed or not… gotta fucking have godly ass int equipment to make up for the huge damage loss now.

    Balanced my ass, Adventurers would just pwn my Evan at this rate. =_=

    So are Wild Hunters nerfed? I have a lvl 10x Wild Hunter that can do can average of around 10-30k damage (ricochet/slash ‘n’ dash). And also, who’s gonna be the strongest class? I was planning on making a Dual Blade due to the 2 and a half minute Zakum solo, but since I’ve read the updates, I’m not too keen on making one.
