KMS version 1.2.98 ~ Item rating & reinforcement system and more!

Currently the servers of MapleStory are down due maintenance. (patch)
The previous patch was the anniversary patch which was released on the 26th of April.

Today we’re getting another content patch in such a short time.
This patch will contain the anticipated item rating & reinforcement system and Chaos Zakum & Horntail!

The most awesome thing of this preview is that it says that the drop of equipment items will be 10 times higher and drop of scrolls 2 times higher!!

Well I have goofed around on Tespia with the item rating & reinforcement system and I discovered something funny.

I used an advanced potential scroll on this Maple hat and it gave me two potential abilities.
+2 STR and 10% chance of falling in love for 10 seconds.

Am I being clear? No?
